Just for further reassurance I’ve had my trophy since nov 22, parked it for up to 24 days on occasions and have had no issues with the 12v battery at all. As Ian says, check the terminals, get those updates and enjoy the car .

Go with a bit more , keep 1 schedule on the ohme and change the % to 10-20 % over that needed

I moved from go to intelligent early in the year and have had no problem moving over or using. One caviate being the octopus app still doesn’t show the charging slots and links straight to the ohme app so I don’t see a revised charging schedule.

It sounds like the card is worth a go. Add to the pile I’ve already got, not one of which has actually worked or been useful yet. Electric universe, shell recharge, geniepoint, charge point, I think I’ve got all the jokers 😀

I don’t have a card, just set up the account about 6 months ago then added the direct debit a few weeks ago. I didn’t pay for the card as we don’t get up there very often. The guy was very helpful and started the charge remotely after unlocking the account.

Hi. I noticed today that the front grill on my trophy was open while sat locked in the drive. It’s usually closed s o I’m wondering if it’s stuck. Does anyone know what the control criteria are for opening and closing. Eg ambient or battery temperature?

My dealer spent a good while taking me through screens, binding phone sorting out sat nav as well. baseball cap, 2 key fobs , carpets, diamond ceramics and all the cleaning kit and swapped out granny charger for type 2. No flowers though😊

My mg4 trophy has electrically adjustable drivers seat and a manual lever on the side of the passenger seat for height adjustment
