In automotive design, a front-engine, front-wheel-drive (FWD) layout, or FF layout, places both the internal combustion engine and driven roadwheels at the front of the vehicle.
I have tested this today, and when AWD is possible to kick in at different throttle input in D (drive) in all of the modes, it does not have AWD at all in any of the modes in R (reverse). So it is not possible to get AWD in reverse at all. Didn't they bother program the front motor to reverse...
