How do I bound it back to my car? There is no option to find QR code again

I’ve been trying to access the app since late last night but keep getting the message that “status checking has failed”. Has anybody else had this problem? Thanks

I have just set up mg iSmartApp and on scan of QR code from car, it is showing 2021 model while dealer has this as 2023 model in their record. MG iSMART app is picking 2021 with same VIN Code instead of 2023? Does anyone else have faced similar issue?

Hi all, when we got the mg4 and I installed the ismart app, it paired (whilst sat inside the car) but had never once been able to connect to the car since. I don't really care that much but wondered if I'm missing something? Do I need to connect it manually again or something?

I appreciate that the app is somewhat buggy, but it also seems to lose settings - particularly the scheduled charge setting. I set it to come on overnight, and the next time that I look it's turned itself off and reset the times to their defaults. Does anyone know how to stop this happening, please?
