There is a smart peripherals option on the ismart app but when selected always says unable to get data... has anyone ever used this feature and if so what is it?

I have just set up mg iSmartApp and on scan of QR code from car, it is showing 2021 model while dealer has this as 2023 model in their record. MG iSMART app is picking 2021 with same VIN Code instead of 2023?
Does anyone else have faced similar issue?

When I want to charge the car using the “scheduled charging” part of the app it does not work? Any suggestions on how to reactivate?
My digital key worked, then when I got a new phone it would unlock the car, but not start it. The common "Smart key not detected", "Put key in the manual start position".

On FB they’re reporting a new android iSmart version with additional features. Credit to Daniel Brown. But no update to the iOS app. Let’s hope it’s not another software divergence as evident for the Trophy and SE car software packages.
Anyone having the same issue as me not able to binding the app to the car despite the car, once QR Code is scanned, logged on but app keeps asking to bind????

The number of times the app doesn't connect to the car is getting ridiculous. Get your finger out MG and stop giving us a second rate service. I have a 4 bar 4G signal so it's not me. It's beyond a joke.

I saw on you tube that you can set a destination on the travel section of the ismart app and send it to the car.
When I do this on my app the send option is not there. Has anyone else had this issue?

6 months in, using the ISmart app , to schedule charging overnight at an Off Peak Rate, using my 7.4kw Wall Box Charger
No problems until the last few days, two consecutive nights it didnt charge

Are you experiencing any issues with the iSmart app? since yesterday it appears mine one is not connecting anymore, and I tried deleting and reinstalling it, but now it is saying my phone number is not registered? Although I had no issues few days ago?
Does anyone know how to reset the pin no on the app. I've unbound my app from my previous EV (which was a ZS EV Trophy) and i have reset it with my the MG4 EV Trophy details - all working great until i need to re-enter the pin - its not recognised
When I set up my account (using my Gmail address) I used +mg in the email address. I've just opened the app and it asked me to login ... when using the registered email address it now says Invalid email address. 🙄
It looks like MG have updated their systems to disallow use of the + character...
