Technical support, also known as tech support, is a call centre type customer service provided by companies to advise and assist registered users with issues concerning their technical products. Traditionally done on the phone, technical support can now be conducted online or through chat. At present, most large and mid-size companies have outsourced their tech support operations. Many companies provide discussion boards for users of their products to interact; such forums allow companies to reduce their support costs without losing the benefit of customer feedback.

    Airbag alarm triggered.

    The car (MG4 SE) has been triggering this alarm for the past 2 years. has been in 5 times to sort but the fix doesn't last. Is in at the minute for 3 year service,MOT and to fix alarm. Will have been in 2 weeks tomorrow and the net result is MOT failure because they have been unable to fix it...

    I've binded and unbinded and it still won't work, I get the QR code on the screen and point the app at it and nothing happens, I'm not doing something properly but no idea what it is.

    MG5 2022 no aircon

    My MG 5 pre face-lift has no aircon. Dealers have looked at it, state all parts working but not talking to each other. Been told waiting for MG technical to get back to them. Looks like a hot summer this year without A.C.
