12V battery notification

12V battery notification. The car is 2020 ZS EV. I have had the message a couple of times, "12V battery low, please do a slow charge". The HV battery was at 40%, the 12V battery gauge indicated 14V, the most recent charge was at 2.5kW, to100%, the balancing. The battery was checked as ok 12 months ago. Any suggestions?

If the problem persists then change the 12V battery.
