2022 Trophy LR rear lights

Are the rear lights LED as no where does it say that as a fact please? I've seen many light clusters that imitate LED lighting very successfully and guessing this is the case with the MG. If they were LED MG would use it as a selling point. Cheers for any factual info.

I believe that the rear lights on the face lift model are LED’s.

Cheers, wonder why it's not on the spec or a selling point? Spec says LED centre brake light.

Thanks. LEDs are the way forward and hopefully covered by warranty but unfortunately not easily fixed like a filament bulb.

SWMBO had a 2006 Prius with LED brake lights, when the LED part failed she had to replace the whole light cluster £160 just for the unit, a bit more expensive than a bulb. ? The annoying thing was the LED circuit could easily be removed from the cluster and repaired or replaced, probably a £2 or £3 circuit board.
