30-01-2026: MG4 EV Refresh + NEW MG4 EV Urban - UK arrival dates, prices, specs (2026)

Two new MG4 stories for the UK in the same quarter: the refreshed MG4 EV (model year 2026) and the brand-new MG4 EV Urban. Host Tom Sedge is joined by Miles Roberts (Chorley Group) to run through what’s changing, the specs that matter, pricing, and the UK timeline for demonstrators and deliveries.

• Refreshed MG4 EV: new aero spoiler and wheels, camera-based MG Pilot hardware, new colour, trim and battery lineup changes.
• MG4 EV Urban: a different platform, front-wheel drive, slightly larger body, bigger boot, Comfort/Premium trims with 43 kWh or 54 kWh LFP battery options.
• Pricing: refreshed MG4 pricing drops vs outgoing model; MG4 EV Urban positioned below MG4. UK timing: press drives expected in the second week of February, dealer demos from around 21 February, stock “well in time for March” plate change, orders open now (finance details expected soon).
