A/C setting problem

Hello. I am trying to set up A/C on right side star button. I find that it can only keep the A/C on ON mode or on AUTO mode. I am unable to switch the A/C off using the star button. Do you also have the same issue or do you have any suggestions please?

Yes, you can't turn it off via the "star button" mini interface.
That's what you use the main dash on/off button for.

Use voice commands, "hey MG" and "AC off"

Think the OP means the air conditioning, rather than the entire thing.

In which case the only ways I know are from timestamp 11:30 in this video
