Hi, my dealer did some updates for me including the 1 kp/h ACC update. But ACC is still doing some hard brakes and and save different space between cars at complete stop.

There is a fix for that? Maybe there is another module to update?

I heard that the "1 kph update" is only cosmetic? Maybe this is redar software that is outdated?

Mine has become much smoother since updates and certainly (mostly) brakes more smoothly now.

I updated mine to R55... still I feel the braking is harsh compared to regeneration braking.

R55? Not heard of that release before. 🤷‍♂️

ACC/TJA performance is impacted by updates to module firmware, not Infotainment.
Do you feel also harsh braking?
No sadly not, they just told me it had to have lots of updates
Same, but i asked for modules update. Maybe they forgot something.

No I don't - not since the updates at the first service nearly a year ago. ACC has been much better and more like what I'd expected when I got the car.

ACC is much improved with the latest software. It's not good by my definition of good, but compared to what it was it's a LOT better. It still doesn't handle a number of common situations particularly well - it has a habit of seemingly slamming on the brakes to create a gap rather than just lifting off the accelerator. Though I do need to re-experiment with lower regen settings and ACC someday and see if that makes it smoother.

Positively, it doesn't slow down by 3-4-5 mph when you go round a bend!

I will check it at bended road, maybe it will give me an indication if my ACC/TJA is the latest, thank you

The fact that there is no clarity of what updates there are, versions and fixes is just BS and hides the fact that the hardware in some cars may simply not be right!
