Adjust steering wheel

There's a lever underneath the steering column (like on most cars). Pull that down and you can adjust the rake (height) and reach of the wheel. When you have a comfortable position just push the lever back up. See page 59 of the Owner's manual:

And like every car I've owned in living memory, the steering wheel simply doesn't come down far enough for my liking.
I think I might be slightly unusual in preferring the wheel low and upright, so I can comfortably rest my elbows on the armrests.
I seem to see lots of people with the wheel set higher and their elbows flapping around in mid air.

I don't get how that can be at all comfy 🤔
 
I suspect that that may be a height thing, not unlike being able to see through the rear window with the middle rear head-rest in place. Both my husband and I are somewhat taller than average, and we can both drive with our elbows on the armrests, and see through the rear window just fine.
