btw my membership is only by joining MG Car Club this is the one which has 3 month lead time.
My sister does actual work for the local counci; so could probably arrange through her if I needed to order quicker. But dealers seem to indicate they can resolve for me.
Started off down that route but prices I was getting offered were above affinity pricing. Had a few chats with various of the garages who send pricing on carwow. The autotrader one for 29590 does indicate it is an affinity scheme price but this is almost 2K below the actual affinity pricing (31290). Best car wow offer was around 31,340 (has come down 1K in last couple of days). Also with Affinity you get free choice of colour (any colour FOC) which saves between 500 & £700.Try Car wow
not sure on this one not looking to actually get until 1st June as this is when I am looking to end my Hyundai Tucson Lease. Can order at end of March with dealer if this seals deal etc.Pretty sure they would. But still think, you'd get cheaper the than Affinity, somewhere.![]()
Managed to get price from local dealer for £29750 just awaiting full info !!I'd say, very good.![]()

Actually ends end of September but if you keep to very end you have to have service and MOT done - (got nailed for that on my last lease).
yes got the price to end of May / mid June which is £500. is about £165 per month I reduce it by.Do you have to pay any early termination charges on the lease ?
The only things is you don't get 0% or the low % Apr with affinity it's 6.9% aprSounds a bit odd.
You can go to any dealer and ask for an Affinity deal if you qualify.
it shows you the price on the affinity website which trim etc. are you looking for I will screen snip the affinity price for you . AdeHi all, I am a little confused regarding the Affinity discount as when I click on the website it says I can get a discount of around £9000 on a MG4 and then I continue and send the info to my local dealer (St Albans) and when we talk through the figures while I was at the Dealer they say that the Affinity discount is in the region of £500! Anyone else experience a dealer not honoring the affinity discount and push you to place a big deposit to get the 0% fiance? It makes me think is the Affinity just a gimmick to get you to the dealer!
FWIW you can currently get an ER (77kWh) at Arnold Clark for £21,695 (plus extra for paint colour if pertinent). That's certainly a decent saving.
A lot of the low prices on auto trader are affinity pricesAlso I would use Autotrader to find the best price most dealers wll match the price another dealer is offering Affinity or not !!! Also MG will often have test drive discounts etc. which again they will usually honour. So should be possible to get discounted prices - massively below RRP.
With the disocunts certainly more than makes up for best price with 0% so you can get affinity pricing and save !! but as advised most dealers will match most autotrader prices - or very close ?
