Aggressive Turtle / Low Power mode after last dealership visit

Update
Still no joy... 37% battery, 45 miles of range. Steady at 70mph on the motorway. Vehicle fails to give more than 30% power to accelerate up hill.
Currently sat in an MFG charging station topping up to get home.

Update
Car went back into the dealership a few weeks ago for a service. Whatever updates they installed worked a treat.
At the weekend, on my first long trip, the car went from Sheffield to Beverley, then to Barton-upon-Humber, then back to Sheffield no problems.

Update
After calling my dealership about the undertray thingy they advised that there's a bug in the Accumulated Total usage stats that's impacting the car's ability to judge its own range and how much battery is left.

They advised to reset it, charge to 100% and see what happens.

I reset it yesterday, drove to the office today and it's currently charging t 100% now.

The missus has since moved in with me so I'm not travelling back and forth to her house anymore however, she's dog sitting for a friend at the weekend so that'll be a good test. Will report back.
Hi, how did you get on with this.. I have exactly the same issue and the stealers just said ‘it’s meant to limit you below 20% to protect the battery’.. I’ve not tried the full rebalancing that other mentioned, but would have thought that if this were a proper solution then the stealers would know about it…. But then again ‘arse and elbow’ come to mind with my stealer.. BTW my issues started after a full update a year ago due to an issue with rapid charging issues. Oh and the advice from the stealer was ‘don’t let it get below 20 %… priceless

Your stealer is lying to you. I've had mine down at 4% several times and no loss of power at all. Could still overtake at over 70 mph. (I was really near the service station!) The only thing I ever noticed was when it was down around 12% on a cold winter evening it was slightly less chirpy accelerating up a hill than it usually is. But in normal temperatures, no effect.

I've never seen the turtle. Never.

Took my X Power down to 8% on Saturday. Acceleration was noticeably tamer but there was plenty there, it was still faster then most other vehicles on the road. No idea when turtle mode cuts in but it's certainly nowhere near 20% - that would be ridiculous.
