Alarm goes off when chaging starts or using App

Hi All

The alarm keeps going off when I start to charge and as I am using scheduled charging this can be embarrassing in the middle of the night. It is also triggered when using the app

Anyone got any tips or helpful info how to stop thi?

Is it a lease car some companies will add a black box some insurance companies will do the same but you'd probably know about that

If you don't have a back box do you have anything plugged in to any of the usb ports?

If triggered when using the app there should be an alarm message recorded in the app. This should help to identify cause.

I had the same problem. I just close/shut down the app when i finish driving, then the problem stopped. When i use the sZS and EV Watch d. app the problem is not there at all.

Spoke to lease company and they looked at the issue remotely which seemed to fix the problem
