Alarm keeps going off on days it is below 0 temperature

Hi, On the days it is below 0 degrees, my car alarm keeps going off.
Is anyone else having this issue? It's very annoying as I live in an apartment block and I have to keep going down to attend it.

I couldn't find any posts about this so if already addressed, please could you direct me to the post.

You should contact your dealer. Maybe a BMC software update might solve it.

If you open the app and look at the door status on the vehicle status page does it show any of them open?
It could be ice in one of the locks just forcing the door open just enough to occasionally trigger the sensor.
