Whilst driving on the motorway I had a shock when my daughter in the back opened the window, for a split second I thought I hadn't enabled the child lock!

So after I closed the window I pressed the lock button for the rear windows. However on our return trip the windows at the back opened up.

So it seems that the car doesn't remember locking the rear windows so that's another thing that needs pressing before you set off on every trip.

No big deal but a bit of an annoyance. Doesn't seem like there is a setting to change it unless I can't find it?

To be honest this isn't something I've ever really used. When I have tried it in the past (out of curiosity - in previous cars) I'm sure it has reset to All Windows every time. So what you describe the MG4 doing seems to be normal.

My Renault Kadjar remembers. I guess it depends, as I say 1st World problems lol

It would be nice to just get in the car and drive but I just don't like the lane assist pulling at the steering wheel for no reason!

But everything else is excellent and I love the car.

I just noticed this the other day when taking some relatives dogs our in the car.

Yes, the button doesn't remember so you have to click it for every journey. It is in the modern philosophy that these are not physical buttons with an up and down positions but just clicks that go to the car and it decides what to remember and what to reset each time.
