Any experience with damper change?

Hi there, I've just got a pre-owned 2021 ZS EV and find the ride rather bumpy over uneven surfaces. I'd appreciate advise, possibly a damper change to make the ride more comfortable? I see Arcsuspension with rear damper kits but would a Bilstein B4 fit the ZS. Much thanks!

I have no experience of doing it, but have often thought the dampers are a bit inadequate, giving a good ride, but somewhat wallowy on occasion. However, the car handles quite well and is quite comfortable. But the difference to our Merc E320 estate is quite marked! ( But so is the cost!)
