Anyone used Cleevely EV for Servicing their MG4?

As above, I am thinking about it after a good conversation with them at EE South and following them on YT.

Any experiences good or bad, specifically with an MG4?

No personal experience but reading other forums they do seem to have a good reputation and be well thought of.

Possible downsides would be lack of software updates and no MG assist if that bothers you and I don't think that they are cheap (but you get the convenience of them coming to you).
 
Yes, I have other breakdown cover, that isn't an issue but they have confirmed to me they can't do updates.

That said, the car is basically working with some issues I can live with, so I am not keen to get "new" bugs, or I could update it myself as others have been exploring.
