Anyone wash their car today? ?

Same here, do you think they hold a static charge which attracts dust.? Maybe time for one of those static dischargers which dangle from a chassis point to the road surface when stationary.
Aye they used to be all the rage - can you still get them ? Haven’t seen one for ages.
Folk might get the wrong idea if we drive an ev about with a lightning arrow dangling from the chassis 😱

Has anyone used that new polish that’s Meant to be better and shinier than even ceramic? Can’t remember the name.

Finally found a snow cannon ❄️ that works 👍
It’s Italian 🇮🇹, made in Bologna apparently, where I went skiing in early 80’s 😂

Washed mine today since we had nice overcast conditions with a 20% chance of rain later. Course, the clouds parted halfway through the wash leaving me scrambling to dry it before the sun baked all the spots onto the paintwork. As soon as I finished, the sun vanished again - sometimes I swear it's deliberate...

After washing it, I discovered a few little particles stuck in the clearcoat so I doused it in a fallout remover. I was amazed at the result - this was AFTER the shampoo...

Yep, normal washing will not clear fallout.

Try claying it now and you will really be surprised what craps on there still.
Put a poly bag over your hand and run your fingertips over the paintwork lightly, probably feels like sandpaper but smooth without the bag.
I regularly use a deep clean shampoo like Gyeon Restart wash or Koch Chemie Reactivating shampoo.
