OK, here is an update. I have not had time to try to bind the car to the app again, but I did have to go to the dealership for another issue tonight. When I rang them on Tuesday morning they were going to go on the MG service site to try to debind any device currently bound to the car. I asked them about this tonight and this was the reply, "I asked my boss about this and the app is not available in the UK yet". I showed him on
www.mg.co.uk the links the detail of the app and the links to the Play and App Stores.
He is phoning MG in the morning. Read my second thread too, this car has been an absolute disaster so far. Only got it on Monday and it has taken over my life.
