App showing alarm activation

Question about the app (FL SE): not every time, but a few times a week when I open the app it says the alarm has gone off , but is now deactivated so I can drive fine.
But the car is on the drive and hasn’t had the alarm go off and it seems to say the activation was in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.
Is this a known issue? Can I stop it happening, or just one of the quirks of the app?
I did accidentally activate the alarm a few weeks ago (sat on the key fob after switching off and locked the doors!), is this the cause?

That’s not worked, giving the message every time the app refreshes now!

Maybe a hard reset of the car (12V disconnect) will sort this?

That would be my next step
