Apple CarPlay screen orientation issues

Hey!

Have had my MG4 long range for a month have noticed that CarPlay acts up every now and then it goes from RHD configuration to LHD anyone know how to fix this?

I’m in Australia so I’m in a RHD car

I think it's a CarPlay feature without any fix. On Android there's a setting to force the driver side. (Left / Right / Follow Car). I think in CarPlay it always uses Follow Car ... but the MG4 doesn't seem to have such a setting that it notifies to the phone.

Well R59 doesn’t fix it!

I think it is MG's bug. It forgets and defaults to a LHD config. CarPlay is supposed to be reliably told by the car which orientation to use but is sometimes given the wrong one.
