Auto hold has stopped working

The Auto Hold function on my non-facelift MG5 LR has stopped working. It's been fine, worked perfectly and now it won't switch on at all. I've tried in P and D, footbrake pressed and not. Nothing!
Has anyone else had this happen? And is it a portent of other random upcoming software errors that I should be prepared for?

Belated thanks! I should have read the handbook a bit more closely. Having just bought a Mk1 LR we're now a 2 EV household ? so I was just swapping the MG5 and the Zoe around on our drive, hence not using the seatbelt.
