I didn’t take a photo after yesterday’s journey from Wiltshire to Lancashire, but over the 213 mile jaunt (A roads at each end, with the rest M5, M6) I saw 4.1m/kWh at an average speed of 55 mph. Was up to 4.2 at one stage!

Oh shame about the 50mile limit. Drove 30miles between two towns in Portugal this morning at around 40mph and was a steady 6m/kWh!

I did 18 miles at 40 mph average, 6.1 m/kwh , don't think I could concentrate for 50 miles.
Going on a diet, emptying the washer bottle and increasing the tyre pressures may give a fraction more.

I didn’t get to the average 40mph I’m afraid - only averaged 34mph but got 4.5mpk over a 95miles trip today.

That’s incredible - the best yet! Take some beating.

My best consumption value so far: 6.7 kWh / 100km
(10.4 mi / kWh)… I live in the Alps… it was a mountain stretch… downhill but about 20 kilometers on the motorway with a slight incline.

My ZS is coming up to one year service and 12500 miles on clock. Combo of 10 mile commute and long motorway journeys has returned an average of 3.7 KW/M to date (I have not reset the counter since day one). So one winter and with quite modest driving I do not get near any of the excelant drivers on this forum - I guess I have a few tricks to learn yet!

Thats not bad! I’ve averaged about 3.4mpk over 10k miles. Around 3mpk in winter and 4mpk in summer.

My latest contribution to the ‘over 50 miles at an average speed 40mph and above‘ challenge. 4miles/kwhr achieved.
