Battery Equalisation/Balancing MGS5 second attempt

I don't use Smart Charging, I use the the MG iSmart app, set to switch on at the normal cheap energy rate starting at 11.30pm, but for the equalisation charge I set it for 12 hours and not the normal 5.30am (6 hours) stop time for normal charging.

I'm pretty sure the equalisation took place as the battery was still charging for approx 30 minutes after the charge reached 100% gradually decreasing the charge value over that time, I was able to track it using my Octopus app and my solar inverter app to see where the charge was going.
Where do you check it in the Octopus app please?

I have never done a 10-100% charge and indeed have never had the car down to 10%, I think 13% was the lowest I once reached.

In nearly 3 years I have never had an issue with this. I do charge to 100% to balance once a month roughly but usually from something like 80%.

I assume I should not charge regularly to 100,% on a DC rapid and have just occasionally topped up a DC charge with AC to get 100.
Am I doing this all wrong or overthinking it?
Any help appreciated 👍 👏 👍
You’re correct, one can charge LFP batteries daily to 100%, but to enable balancing, the last couple of % should be done using a AC EVSE (granny charger).
