I can imagine some people may want to keep the car, I would have done had it been economical, but defo NOT on their terms, I did ring Santander to see if they were amenable to a deal, it was an emphatic NO, THEIR CHOICE,!Who pays the final ballon payment at the end of a PCP plan ?.
Nobody I would hazard a guess
Surely it would have saved them a lot of money and hassle to let the customer keep the car, but like battery technology, I'm less familiar with how financial services work.
