battery equalising

how do I know when equalising is complete?
If you have a “Smart Meter” they usually give you a “Home Energy Monitor”.
If you have one, you can use this to monitor the balance cycle if you wish ?.
When the car is pulling a full charge, it will display of almost 7 Kw’s.
As it reaches about 97% it will throttle back the charge rate to about 3.5 Kw’s.
Then at 100% it will commence the balance cycle, drawing around 500 Watts.
When the balance cycle reaches completion, it will reduce to about 175 Watts.
Soon as this, the car will signal the wall box to return to the standby state and you’re done !.
This the behaviour of the ZS EV Gen1 and I have little reason to think that the Gen2 will differ greatly.
