Hi there I’m new to the forum &was seeking some advice i purchased an Mg zsev @ the end of February it is advertised at 271 misperception charge but when I fully charge the battery to 100% the car is only showing 202 to 209 mls is this normal??

Yes. Try resetting the long term trip counter and turn AC and fan off put into ready mode and then Eco and highest kers level. The GOM uses your driving style for it's calculations.

Try resetting both trip computers and switch air con off. It should hopefully show an estimated range closer to those advertised.

I suppose the equivalent question with an ICE car to that is why I am only getting 40mpg in a car that's advertised to get 60mpg?

Add to that fact the GOM is really what is says on the tin, a guess.

How have you been driving the car? Motorways, B roads, short or long journeys on dry, wet or snow covered roads? All of these factors will affect the estimated range.
