Feels ok so far.
I guess we'll see after its got some miles on it.
Sadly has the oil leak though !
Even after I gave them a list of things to check before I picked it up.
Including the bulletin recommendation of draining and refilling.
But I guess if they don't see it straight away they assume it's fine.
He said they hadn't had any with an oil leak, but that just sales talk I think.
I pretty much expected it anyway as I think they all leak, just half of owners don't check properly.
Other than that though all good.

Do you know if they did drain and refill the oil, and it still leaked after that? I thought that I'd read somewhere that drain and refill should now be part of their PDI.

I'm guessing they didn't
I assumed the same that it was part of the PDI now, but he said it had already been PDI when I gave him the list with all the things that should be checked.
Guessing he hasn't even bothered to read it.
Thankfully everything else is ok.

They sound a lazy lot at Grimsby. But it hardly surprises me today. Trying to get good customer service in this country without people fobbing you off is almost impossible.
