Blank infotainment screen

Hi - Just wondering if anyone else has had an issue with the infotainment screen being blank and not working?

It happened to my wife this week and although the speedo still worked nothing else could be accessed and we all know that everything runs through that screen.
A hard reset by holding the start button didn't help and we left it for an hour by which time it just displayed a message to say don't forget your keys even though they were in out pockets.

I did a quick drive around the local roads and it came back to life. I spoke to the dealer and they said a few people had had the same issue and offered to book it in but as it's only happened once we said we will monitor the situation and see how it goes.

I have attached the picture of the the screen with the correct software version on it.

Hi. I’ve had the same issue since last November. Every now and then it works. Then it stops.

Mg dealer spent a day working on it but could not fix it. Said mg centrally are looking at a software fix.

Latest update from dealer is this only happens with the SE. They told me to contact mg uk.

Contacted mg uk. They said they are not aware of a ticket for this and they were going to contact the dealer.

That was a few weeks ago. Will be chasing after Easter.
