Bluetooth connection

Having a MG 4 now for 2 months I’ve found it impossible to work the Bluetooth for my phone and I think what I’ve heard it’s not possible to get it to work!!

Try plugging the phone in and opening Android auto and it automatically connects to Bluetooth.

Will try that but I have a iPhone so will see what happens thanks.

complain to the dealer and get them to update the software to the latest version. Might help.

Not sure why you will have been told it is not possible. Maybe this will help

No problem with my BT connection, has been stable since first time pair & connect about 3 weeks ago. AA is also very good.

iPhones don’t like being on (wireless) CarPlay and being Bluetooth connected to the car. I’ve opted to not pair the phone with the car and buy a wireless CarPlay dongle, works a charm.

Not sure if the phone dislikes being Bluetooth paired and using wired CarPlay at the same time, but maybe?
