Bluetooth devices

While checking the connection to the car with my phone, besides the normal SAIC connection there is another device SAIC_w_Car. When I try to connect it says an app is required. Any ideas.

I believe this is for when you use the app as a key also discussed here

Bluetooth device "SAIC_w_ Car"

Anyone know what the above device in the Bluetooth device list might be? It's not the same device used for Bluetooth audio/handsfree, and if you try to connect to it, the phone says "an app is needed for this". Anyone? Bueller? Anyone? (Gen2)
