Bluetooth digital key

I have a Trophy model and cannot get the Bluetooth digital key to connect

It's activated, but just says "connecting"

All other app features work ok

I've tried unbinding mad binding again already

Any ideas?

Are you standing close to the car when trying to use the DK? (It uses the Bluetooth connection).

As you have a Trophy, do you also get Bluetooth pairing issues?

Phone seems to pair ok for calls etc

Though mainly use android auto

Fixed it: the app didn't have permission to use "nearby devices" which in android means the low energy bluetooth needed to communicate with the car

Mine unlocks the car ok from a good distance and the start engine (?) works after you've sat in the driver's seat and pressed the brake.
