Size of showroom I agree is less important but well trained staff and good quality workshops and engineers are. Also geographically well positioned with courtesy cars on tap.

One of best car showrooms I have visited is the Cotswold BMW dealership in Cheltenham. You really should pop in just for a free coffee and biscuits.
