Breakdown in France

My cousin broke down in France and had to leave he car there for repair. Something about electronic stability control. Now it’s been repaired, she has to go and get it, at her cost. Does that sound right?

How long was the car in the garage?, does your cousin live in France or somewhere else?, does she have to pay for the repairs, or the cost of travelling to collect it, or both?

It was in the garage just over a week I think, after originally being told it could be 2 months. The car is new, under warranty, and she lives in the uk. It’s the cost of collecting that she has to pay.

I don't think it's right that she should have to pay then, I'd suggest ringing MG Customer Services on 0330 0530951, and see if she can get any help.

She’s been doing that, and is getting really pee’d off with them, promising to ring back and then don’t.
