I have the Renault Scenic E-Tech, and it is a really nice car.. My other half uses it, but it has pretty much everything and it's quiet nice to drive and is pretty good as far as efficiency goes..

The boot is a bit deep, but otherwise really good.. I never thought I would find myself saying anything positive about a French car.. But yes, it's very good..

It even locks the doors and unlocks when you are in proximity.. That really is useful and you get used to it.

I ordered the iM6 to replace my BMW IX, which really was an awesome car, but the price of them on lease has now gone through the roof.

The iM6 seems excellent value for money, and it has all the toys.. However, i will miss the HUD and I do wish it had proximity locking and unlocking..
Another one having to relearn how indicators are used and you can't stay in the BMW lane unless you are driving a BMW at least you will have the all round cameras, so you won't have to learn where the mirrors are ;)

A real plus, you will be able to hold your head up high and say what sort of vehicle you drive now .... and as a bonus to get that free drink, you traded a BMW for it

Like the title says, I've got buyers remorse and I haven't even got it yet.

I have order the car via Araval, it is to be my company car. I'm a field service engineer, covering the lower half of England.

I ordered the IM6 Long Range thinking this car would be great for the job. However, after reading the posts in this forum and on the FB page, I'm starting to feel like this was the wrong choice.

From folks complaing about the poor efficiency, lack of preconditioning, ambiguity surrounding OTA, and the omission of things like auto high beams etc etc. is this car really worth it? Yeah, it's quick, but why though when the battery will just drain faster! Smart stuff like the ACC / Pilot mode have people complaining about it, but hey the car can park it's self! Dealers no nothing about this car, when I went for my test drive I knew more about it than the dealer did.

I was excited about getting this car, I watched practically every review on youtube, even the Thai ones! I was hyped! But now I'm reading very little in the way of positive comments from owners. And I'm wondering if I should have either opted for a smaller battery ID.7 or pay more CC tax and get a plugin Hybrid.

Does anyone have anything positive to say about this car that isn't about the faster charging?
I love mine. Aside from the limited rear-view visibility, I really can’t complain about anything. It puts a smile on my face every time I drive it.

Don’t listen to all the nonsense on forums or YouTube — it’s all subjective anyway, and probably fuelled by a bit of jealousy too. I moved from a Mercedes E220 Coupé, which was a great car, but stepping into the IM6 Performance Edition is a whole different world.

I’ll say it again: I absolutely love it.

Does anyone know where I can get the additional mobile charger shown here?
I'm UK based and i was wondering if this (and other IM MAG accessories) is only available in the APAC region.
Would appreciate anyone that can point me in the right direction to order one.

I have Pixel 10 Pro, which is bigger than that hole and sits on top anyway. I like that pocket and didn't want to lose it, so what I did is I got this one instead. I can still use the pocket for my coins or packet of yellow M&Ms when driving and when I have the phone charging it sits perfectly flush, just as if it's made to measure.

Something to consider if you have a big enough phone.

I have the Long range version, so not super quick performance and it delivers a good comfortable ride. It handles the road well and has some good features like the rear wheel steering, which helps with parking (in manual mode), has a good sound system (although no passenger controls for volume which can be a blessing) and a great range at 368 miles in comfort mode. The boot has no cover which is odd and the rear screen is small, so if you like looking out the rear then fold the middle seat down, or roll up on the scroll wheel to show the digital rear camera on the display, and yes no Auto High beam (but maybe an OTA will sort this one day). It is very spacious inside, and kids will love it, as Car seats fit easily.
Some niggles though - it has all round cameras, but no storage device unlike the Tesla which come with cameras and a storage device, and yes, you can buy one but for the cost it could have been in the car from day one. Cabin noises, which seem to warn you for verything - bonus though, these can be turned off. Volume control as mentioned, is for the driver only. No auto-high beam, think i mentioned this before.
Positives - it looks great and the rear light cluster is very nice, similar to a high-end car (Aston Martin i think). there are not many on the roads as i have only ever seen one in the last few months. Charging at 800v is always a bonus, provided you can find a ultra-high voltage charger to take advantage of. Easy to drive and steering is positive.
All in all, a good all rounder - i would have liked to go for the Performance model if only to see how well it drives, but for range i am happy with mine.
