Buying a type 2 charging cable

I have a brand new ( unused ) Type 2 public changing cable, if anybody is interested ?.

I’m new to ev’s, I’m guessing I will need to buy a type 2 to type 2 cable (did think I’d get one with the car, till I read these posts) also as I will be charging at the front of the house, are the cables water prove, as it’ll be sitting out in the rain-snow in winter?…

seen on eBay one for £89, are type 2 cables, male to female cables?…never looked when I had the test drive what the charger looked like, not something you think of doing, is it?…well I didn’t..

Yes they are waterproof Dr JF no it isn't something you think about on the test drive the charging cable I was happy I went with pod point they helped in what is needed and it was the one the garage said to go for. You have to ask Loveyev if he still got one to sell
