I noticed today on my 360 view screen that I just get a green screen with a vehicle graphic which would suggest no video input from the cameras I have done a google search on this subject and got a hit on an Australian forum with owners experiencing the same fault but with no definitive cure other then it corrected itself or taking it to the dealer and getting a software upgrade only to have had it come back so my question is has anyone here experienced this problem and did they find a cure.

Yes, I got exactly the same symptom about 3 weeks ago (see my post here: 2025 MG HS Trophy PHEV v 2020 Skoda Superb iV Sportline PHEV). Out of approx 100 journeys so far (I've had the car approx a month), at the start of one journey the entire 360 camera screen was solid green. I then drove a mile, parked, and again the 360 camera showed a block of green (when parking). 1 hour later, I got back into the car, and the 360 camera worked perfectly. The problem has never reoccurred since.

I researched the issue at the time, and others suggested it might occur on hot days. Thinking back, I'm not so sure this is true. My working theory is that (as I was getting more confident with my new car) I had quickened the process between switching the car on, selecting reverse gear, and driving off. Somehow the car had not had time to 'boot up' and be ready.
=> I now deliberately start the car, and then wait 10 seconds before selecting reverse gear (in order to allow the systems to start correctly).

I've never seen the problem since. Naturally, this is not proof that my 'fix' was the solution, but I do think that you need to let the car settle down for a few seconds after starting (to let the electronics catch up) if you want everything to work as expected.

Thanks for that here are the circumstances to my event, this happened after I had been driving approx 10 mins and then proceeded to park and that is the same journey that has been repeated practically every day since I have had the car without a problem so I would have thought it would have been enough time to get itself sorted out, regarding delay though I have noticed a delay after pressing the door lock button to actually going into the locked state so there is delay in some parts of the system.

@Bellerophon - I suspect that when you started your journey, you were facing forward and therefore the 360 camera did not 'kick in' (therefore you did not notice it was green at the beginning). I suspect that had you selected reverse gear at the beginning, you would have seen the green screen.

In my case, I park at home facing the house, so my first action is put into reverse, so I instantly saw the screen was green. The 360 camera was again green when I parked 5 minutes later. My theory is that the system did not 'boot up' properly right at the beginning of the journey, and never recovered until the drive sequence was reset (switch off the engine, then switch it on again).

Of course, my theory could be nonsense, but it seems reasonable to me.

You are right I do not engage the cameras at home on the drive because I am facing forwards to the exit, I was keen to check the screen this morning so as soon as I pressed the start button with foot on brake I pressed the 360 button and it was back to normal and it has been ok so far today.
There maybe more then one condition that causes this problem or that it is intermittent which makes it hard to come to a definitive cause but if there is something that works for you then all's well that ends well.
