Yes, I got exactly the same symptom about 3 weeks ago (see my post here:
2025 MG HS Trophy PHEV v 2020 Skoda Superb iV Sportline PHEV). Out of approx 100 journeys so far (I've had the car approx a month), at the start of one journey the entire 360 camera screen was solid green. I then drove a mile, parked, and again the 360 camera showed a block of green (when parking). 1 hour later, I got back into the car, and the 360 camera worked perfectly. The problem has never reoccurred since.
I researched the issue at the time, and others suggested it might occur on hot days. Thinking back, I'm not so sure this is true. My working theory is that (as I was getting more confident with my new car) I had quickened the process between switching the car on, selecting reverse gear, and driving off. Somehow the car had not had time to 'boot up' and be ready.
=> I now deliberately start the car, and then wait 10 seconds before selecting reverse gear (in order to allow the systems to start correctly).
I've never seen the problem since. Naturally, this is not proof that my 'fix' was the solution, but I do think that you need to let the car settle down for a few seconds after starting (to let the electronics catch up) if you want everything to work as expected.
