Can’t open passenger doors from inside

Last few weeks passengers haven’t been able to get out of the car - I’ve switched off the auto lock feature which has sorted the issue but obvs should be able to auto lock. Anyone else had this?

When locked with auto lock , pull inside handle twice to open

There was a known issue with the FL when it first came out. I had to have both passenger door locks replaced under warranty.
