So as the title really... And I thought the question might amuse folk. Backstory is that I'm a Kona owner but looking to swap to a MG5 soon as I've got some issues with the Kona and out of warranty.

My wife is going on a course to make a willow coffin and she needs to transport it back! So could any owners out there confirm whether a coffin about 6ft long by 20" wide by 16" tall would fit (no passengers)?

The other option is to put it on the roof of our Kona but she's definitely going to get some funny looks on the motorway. 😂

A Dead cert, you can. Definitely most odd first post I've seen. ⚰🙂👍

Pull the rear seat pad up (it unclips) and you will have an almost flat loading floor.
I've transported a "water rower" in mine. Front seat moved as far foward and tilted forwards. Was tight fit. For a lot more room you could remove the front passenger seat

Thanks folks. That's good that the passenger seat can fold, the Kona is a terrible design for that, it doesn't go right forwards and doesn't tilt forward or back very much either! Going to cost us about £4k to upgrade to the 5 with low miles and 4yrs warranty left so quite tempted...

Seriously these would make a great hearse conversion. Or a VW id Buzz!
I attended the funeral of a friend earlier this year where all the funeral cars, the extended length 3 doors on each side type and the hearse itself were Ford Mustang EVs.
Pics below are stock pictures and nothing I took a photo of.

Certainly different. Seems even undertakers are, seeing the light. So to speak. 🙂👍
