Can you preheat the back window (and mirrors)?

As the mornings get colder, the HVAC function via the app is as useful to preheat the cabin/front window as it was to cool the car in the summer.
But what about the back window? Is there anyway to preheat that so it's clear when I get in? This'll be my first winter with my MG4 and I've got the Trophy model without the rear wiper. Am I only going to be able to clear the back window (and mirrors) using the Heated Rear Window Button on the dash? I did note that the manual says:

Note: The heated rear window function will only operate when the vehicle is in the READY state.

I guess that answers the question but thought I'd ask anyway as for all I know there's some secret hidden thing in the app! ?

I think if you set the HVAC to 30c and do two preheats at 10 minutes each the whole cabin should be warm enough to have thawed any ice on the windows. Its then just a matter of gong round the car with a rubber window wiper to wipe all windows clean.

Through last winter I only ever had to do a preheat at 28 degrees, more than enough to completely defrost the car and warm the cabin.
