Cannot charge on 7KW Type 2, but can on Rapid Charger

Hi. Final update. Just had the onboard charger swapped out today. Took ages to be delivered.
I can now charge everywhere including my granny charger which I could not before.

Also dealt with MG HQ Customer Services as it was a major fault.
Been put out over last two months having to travel ~10 miles for nearest rapid and stay with car to get a charge (approx 1hr at a time) and the inconvenience of not being able to charge at home or work (for free) or shops, and essentially paying as much as I did with petrol car, they are going to offer a goodwill gesture, so I’ve asked for my second year service (dearer one)
