First of all , I'm very happy to join to this community
I've searched here a lot before deciding to post this - I really hope I could get some help with my case.
So, I've purchased an MG 4 EV 2025 just 3 weeks ago - and ever since that, I just can't connect the app to my car no matter what I'm trying to do.
I'm located in Israel, app version is 2.0.1 (the israeli version that I've been told to download) - I accepted the terms and privacy on the Car's multimedia
I'm seeing the QR code - and when trying to bind - I'm getting "Service Unavailable"
I'm driving an MG 4 EV 2025 and I can't connect the iSmart to the car , no matter what I've tried.
I don't even have a network signal in my car.
Long story short:
I've spoke to the importer's technical department, they referred me to an authorized garage and there they said that the version I have R38 is not suitable for the car.
The garage was not able to access the option to update the version because they could not find the correct password to enter the settings - claiming that someone had tampered with the system and perhaps also changed the password
I wasted 9 hours in the garage and still no one was able to help me
Maybe salvation will come from here.
