Cant use sat nav when on a call

Hi All,

I just noticed today that I cannot use the sat nav when I am on a call. The screen stays on the phone screen until the call ends. I tried pressing all the buttons and they dont do any thing.
Has any one else come across this? Maybe im doing something wrong?

I've seen this reported before, so it's not something you do wrong.
Not mutch help I know. (Still got a couple of days till I get mine)

My previous 2010 Prius was the same.
