Car service

Hello
Just had a call from the garage I got my car from and have it serviced there. They are booking it in at the same time as my service next week for a software update on the HV battery. My car is a 21plate, has anyone had this done on a three year old car.

My 21 plate was serviced a month ago and the dealer specifically told me there were no software updates due on it.

Service just seems to be a lottery.
