Car settings not available

Infotainment screen says function is available after vehicl has started - it isn’t.
Also, battery percentage not on infotainment screen, but is on binocle and ISMART.
Any thoughts

Usually "function not available" is when you have tapped in too quickly.
To me it has always helped to be patient or tapping home and settings again.
But it sounds like you have tried that?

Which "function" isn't available?
Get out of the car, lock it, leave it a couple of minutes then get back in. Don't press the brake pedal until the infotainment screen has booted up. If after pressing the brake pedal the "function" is still unavailable you'll need to go back to your dealer for a software upgrade.

Always re-boot the system if it is playing up. Hold the home button down for about 20secs.
