Car won't charge

My 1 year old zs ev won't charge and there's a warning triangle on the dash over the image of the plugged in car. What is occurring here anyone?

It may indicate a " HV Fault " . Maybe diconnect the negative lead on the 12 volt battery for 10 minutes ? Reconnect the 12 volt and see if the fault clears .

Also check if there are any warnings on the warnings page. I think it's one or two right arrow button presses from the main page with the speedometer. Post here what it says, it may help us to help you.
