center roller shutter how to dismantle

Hi ,

I have a stupid problem, my passport (bank card size) fell/slide in the roller shutter when going to somewhere, and I cant get to it any more. It's in the part where the roller shutter goes when you open it(where it coils up).
Does anybody know how to dismantle that piece? I tried but failed and do not want to destroy it.
PS sorry for the language , I am not a English native speaker, let alone a writer.
