Changing to Octopus

Hi there,

I am changing energy supplier over to Octopus (Go). Anyone have a refferal code?

Worth getting your current supplier to swap you to smart meters if you are not on the them to get onto the Go tariff

Not really looked into this, but anyone have any experience of if this is really beneficial now that the prices have gone up? I'm conscious that the day rate is so much higher that I might be offsetting for no benefit.

If your current tariff is coming to an end then octopus go/ go faster is a no brainer. Day rates are equivalent to other suppliers, but you get 4 or 5 hours of cheap electricity at 7.5 and 8.25 p/kWh respectively during which you can charge the car, put the washing machine on etc.
